I placed an order for some chairs, and everything went smoothly at first. Then, I received an email saying my order was canceled because of a pricing mistake. They didn’t even suggest any alternatives, and now I’m stuck waiting for my refund.

My orders arrive quickly and in fantastic shape. I really wish I could find the Tru drop pots nearby, but since they're not around, I appreciate you stocking them.

The site is super user-friendly and simple to get around. I found it really straightforward to modify, include, or remove products from my cart.

For over two months, I’ve been chatting on the phone with Urbilis trying to get my hands on two Vondom chairs. Let me tell ya, their customer service is top-notch. I asked for a bunch of color swatch samples, and they sent them out right away. Every time I rang them up, they were not just professional but also super friendly and really helpful—trust me, I called a lot! I was still a bit worried about the color, so Nick from customer service quickly sent me another pic from the sample book and double-checked the color for me.

Today, I finally placed my order, and the whole process was a breeze. They’re incredibly organized and just so easy to talk to. I’ve got four more chairs to buy for another spot, and I’m definitely gonna get them from Urbilis, no doubt about it. They’re simply fantastic! I highly recommend them, and that’s not something I say lightly.
